In the museum there are several spaces where artifacts and materials from different environments can be manipulated and observed by visitors and where teachers and guides can carry out educational activities.
In the coming months, the museum’s educational offer will be further expanded through the creation of workshops where to make games and tactile and virtual experiences for:
- the recognition of the shells and other organisms and materials carried by the sea on the beaches;
- the recognition of rocks, testimonies and prehistoric findings.
For the most delicate materials, such as the skull of a Neanderthal man, scale reproductions will be made available in 3D printing. Laboratory activities will be supported by specific applications accessible from mobile devices.
